Frank Reimer started River Trails Transport in July of 2010 with two trucks. Sixteen years on, we still run farm products south and freight north โ same lanes, more decks.
Trucking has been a passion of Frank's his whole life โ running under other carriers as far back as the early nineties. When Greenlea Forage started in 2004, it was a natural fit to take on our own freight. By 2010 it made sense to put our own authority behind it, and we started River Trails Transport with two trucks that July.
Today we run a full open-deck mix out of southern Manitoba: tandem step decks, low-profile tridem step decks, and an RGN double drop for tall and heavy freight. We continue to deliver forage products into the north-central U.S. and custom-haul freight back to Western Canada.
Our dispatch team has years of experience on both sides of the U.S./Canada border, and our drivers know deck work inside and out.

A small Manitoba outfit that answers its own phone. You'll talk to our dispatch team directly โ no layers, no run-around.
Years running Western Canada โ U.S. Midwest lanes. We know the paperwork, the crossings, and how to keep freight moving.
Most of our loads go to shippers we've worked with for years. They come back for the same reasons every time โ clear communication from dispatch and drivers who know how to handle a load professionally.
Our drivers have years of deck experience โ tarping, securement, and oversize.
